Great News. The Junta released Ang San Suu Kyi from house arrest in Myanmar aka Burma. Read it here. This is by no means the end of the dictatorship, but it is a small step in a positive direction for the country plagued by civil right's abuses to the point that even the peaceful Buddhist monks have taken to the streets in protest. Keep praying that Myanmar will soon see democracy.
Oh, and pray for China and Liu. Hopefully he will be released soon as well. And pray for the gentlemen who started a support group and is going to jail for 2.5 years.
