After the whole SCOTUS decision earlier last week on Friday (when they thought people would be mulling over the decisions or whatever), Kathleen Sebelius (or however you spell her name) basically announced that they were not backing down.  Quote:

Today's announcement reinforces our commitment to respect the concerns of houses of worship and other non-profit religious organizations that object to contraceptive coverage, while helping to ensure that women get the care they need, regardless of where they work.
I love that language "regardless of where they work."  It's basically a jab at people employed by churches and religious organizations.  An allowance for the infiltration of people who don't believe in a particular religion's dictates.  And we know how SCOTUS feels about ministers so it serves to undermine.

But there is a silver lining.  Hobby Lobby has won it's injunction and there's thought it will win completely.
